🎄Holiday Season 🚚 Updates

As we prepare for the busy holiday season, please note the following important updates for events scheduled between November 17 and December 31. These guidelines help us ensure smooth shipping and event execution during this high-volume period.

Ground Shipping

A three-week turnaround is required for all ground shipments. If addresses are provided after this deadline, shipping will need to be expedited at an additional cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

December Events: Deposits are non-refundable for both cancellations and rescheduled events.

Events Between November 17–30: A minimum of three weeks’ notice is required for a full deposit refund. Cancellations made with less than 14 days’ notice will receive a 50% refund, and no refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of the event.
