Dempsey is an expert storyteller who loves crafting unique experiences for every person who sits at the bar. Raised in Brooklyn, NYC, he has made his way west, landing in beautiful Oahu, Hawaii. Bartending positions at cocktail lounges such as The Whisk(e)y, Podmore, and Greenlady Cocktail Room have influenced his vast cocktail and spirits knowledge. He always strives to make the perfect drink for every guest and hopefully make them laugh while he does, which fuels his passion for the service industry!
