It is led by a chocolate educator with more than 15 years of experience who has collaborated with international makers, lectured at Harvard and MIT, and studied cacao firsthand in Colombia and Peru. Each tasting features a custom menu designed for the group, blending storytelling, culture, and flavor exploration.
