Eligibility Requirements

We cannot ship the whiskey set to any public officials. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are not currently employed as a public official or by a public-sector entity. "Public Official" means officers or employees of governments, ministries, authorities (or their respective agencies), public international organizations (such as the World Health Organization, United Nations, IMF, WIPO, WTO, or OECD) as well as persons acting in an official capacity for or on behalf of any of such institution. In addition, politicians, members of political parties, candidates for political office, ruling families, and their representatives, as well as employees of state-owned or controlled companies. Employees of state, provincial, local and municipal entities, such as law enforcement, public schools and educational institutions, public health care facilities, and libraries are considered Public Officials. This package will require a signature upon delivery. The signing person must be over 21 years old and present their ID upon signing. At this event, a tasting kit will be provided at no cost to attendees. The value of the kit is under $100. We reserve the right to withhold mailing kits at our discretion. This invitation is non-transferable. If, under applicable laws or the policies of your employer, you are not permitted to attend this event or participate in any activities being paid for in connection with it, please do not do so. By registering for or attending this event, you certify that your participation is permitted under the laws and policies that apply to you.
