Participation is limited to individuals who are 21 years of age or older and legally permitted to receive and consume alcoholic beverages in their jurisdiction. Complimentary tasting kits are limited to one per confirmed participant and are subject to availability, registration deadlines, and applicable shipping restrictions. An adult signature may be required upon delivery. Registration does not guarantee receipt of a tasting kit or delivery prior to the event. Non-alcoholic options are available upon request. The event and tasting kits are available only where permitted by law and subject to applicable shipping restrictions.

By registering for this event, participants confirm that their attendance and acceptance of any event-related items comply with their employer's policies regarding gifts, hospitality, entertainment, and promotional activities. Government officials, public sector employees, and individuals whose participation would violate applicable laws, regulations, ethics requirements, procurement rules, or employer policies are not eligible to receive alcoholic tasting kits. Channel partners, resellers, distributors, and other third parties are responsible for ensuring their participation complies with all applicable company policies, contractual obligations, and local laws.

Ericsson reserves the right to limit or deny participation where attendance or receipt of event-related items may conflict with applicable anti-bribery, anti-corruption, government ethics, gifts and hospitality, procurement, or compliance requirements. Participants are responsible for obtaining any necessary internal approvals before registering for or participating in the event.
