Rippling - Fall Candle Making Workshop - 9/24/26

Take a break from the madness and join us for Backlog Burnout, a virtual event made for IT professionals looking for ways to manage stress, share a few laughs, and lift others up along the way.

🎟️ Candle kits are now fully claimed!
We’ve reached our limit of 350 candle kits, so registration is still open for the event, but unfortunately, we can no longer guarantee a candle kit.

And you can still join the fun — plus enter the raffle for a chance to win some great prizes!

We’ll be sharing honest stories about burnout, crashouts, and the mental toll of always being “on.”

A licensed therapist will be offering actual, practical advice tailored for IT professionals. Not just generic “self-care” tips, but real tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and staying sane in a high-pressure field.

What you’ll get:

  • Tips from a licensed therapist, John Clark, including calming somatic response techniques
  • A discussion guided by Carter Francis, IT Community Manager at Rippling IT, with a closing demo to show you how Rippling can help you shrink your ticket queue
  • A chance to enter our raffle and win some fun prizes! 🎁

Come take a breath, share the chaos, and survive the backlog… one deep breath at a time.
