Our partner, Cecilia Sitran, is a wine educator and sommelier based in Italy who got her start organizing wine experiences in Venice many years ago. She’s on a mission to make the complex world of wine understandable and enjoyable for everyone by offering a virtual wine tasting journey full of flavors, aromas, fragrances, traditions, and legends.

For this Sicilian wine tasting experience, you and your group will taste wines from the Di Giovanna family winery, nestled in the mountainside of the Monte Genuardo nature reserve near Sicily’s Sambuca di Sicilia and Contessa Entellina comunes. The Di Giovanna family is one of the oldest wine families in Sicily and their focus is on hand-crafting wines using grapes harvested from native Sicilian vines. All of the Di Giovanna family’s vineyards are organically cultivated according to EU standards.
