For Alfonso, wineries and the world of wine is something that he has lived with his whole life. His parents, grandparents, great-grandparents and ancestors have always had vineyards. This has exposed him to the responsibilities and life of a winery by performing and watching all of the work that it takes to maintain them.
This is what also led him to study Agricultural Technical Engineering and later obtain a postgraduate degree in oenology. His studies along with his lifelong experiences give him a very intimate and personal vision for his wines.
