Jennifer F

Jennifer Foucher was the Head Sommelier of the Michelin starred and Wine Spectator Grand Award winner Fiola in Washington, D.C. She is a Toronto native with a French background. Jennifer has worked in a variety of acclaimed restaurants, including Michael Mina's Bourbon Steak at the Four Seasons Hotel in Washington, D.C. and the celebrated Del Posto in New York City. She passed the WSET Diploma in 2018. Jennifer has worked as a virtual sommelier since 2020.
