One of our favorite hidden wineries in Napa has some incredible wines in addition to so much more when it comes to touring a winery. The owner Doug will be the one to show you around his and his family's estate. Being a working winery, depending on the season you'll have the chance to experience bottling, tasting wine from a barrel, harvest, and more. Their gorgeous gardens were once featured on the cover of sunset magazine and Doug's father used to race one of the classic cars you'll have the opportunity to view. Being an allocation only winery they have some incredibly delicious wines but only make a very small production of around 2000 cases.
Doug’s winery was once an allocation only winery and has won many awards in the Napa Valley. He recently opened up his wine to be purchased off their allocation list as they decided to increase their production and not sell any of his grapes (all their wines are estate fruit from vineyards in St.Helena in the Napa Valley). Doug is a super interesting guy and knows the ins and outs of everything wine. He will take you for a virtual tour of his vineyard, rose garden (once featured on the cover of sunset magazine), classic car collection, and wine cave.
