After making wine in Hungary, France, and California, Andrew founded NYC Wine Company, where he taught thousands of New Yorkers and corporate clients alike how to tune out the noise, find their own palate, and start saying no to wines that are just ‘ok’ and yes to those that excite. Fifteen years later and ready for a change, he returned to California in 2020 to farm ten acres of old-vine Zinfandel and make wine under his own label, Workshop Cellars. So while he may sound ideal for a deep dive into wine, his real love is to use his decades of experience to entertain you, and to show how a simple Pinot Grigio with a screw cap can both take the edge off after a long Tuesday, and tell an interesting story you actually want to hear.
