Anna is a sensory scientist with more than a decade of experience helping food and ingredient companies apply sensory and consumer science to product development and quality assurance. As the owner of Applied Sensory, she leads the official sensory evaluation and certification of extra virgin olive oils, bringing deep expertise in evaluating flavor and quality.
At Priority Experiences, Anna shares this knowledge through interactive olive oil tastings and educational sessions that help participants discover how to evaluate and appreciate high-quality EVOOs. Based in Napa, CA, she’s also a group fitness instructor, youth cooking teacher, and mom of two boys.
