Mike

Mike was born and raised in beautiful Napa Valley, where he cultivated his passion for food and wine. His extensive beverage experience of over 20 years began as a wine educator and symposium speaker for the Napa Valley Wine Train, which then elevated to sommelier for Cole's Chop House. In 2017, Mike switched his focus from wines to spirits and immediately fell in love with the ability to create custom cocktail experiences for his guests. This creativity earned him a second-place award in 2021 for Napa Valley's Best Bartender. He continues to elevate his craft by applying advanced mixology techniques on a blend of old and new school cocktail recipes. When Mike is not crafting new cocktails (and wowing guests!), he is teaching jiu-jitsu, kicking up dirt on his bike or shooting for the stars at the archery range.
